The Peugeot E-3008 is the all-electric version of the third-generation 3008, a fastback SUV built on Stellantis' STLA Medium platform and assembled in France. For the 2026 model year Peugeot sells it with two battery sizes and a dual-motor option: a 73 kWh pack with 157 kW (213 PS / 210 hp), a 96.9 kWh Long Range pack with 170 kW (231 PS / 228 hp), and a 73 kWh Dual Motor AWD version with 239 kW (325 PS / 320 hp). The Long Range model is rated at up to 701 km on the WLTP cycle on Peugeot France's own model page. DC charging peaks at 160 kW, and Peugeot quotes 27 minutes from 20 to 80 percent for the big battery. In France the range opens at EUR 45,090 for the Allure Plus, and in Germany the entry E-3008 costs EUR 48,090.
Performance & Specs
All three versions use a permanent-magnet synchronous electric motor on the front axle with a single-speed reduction gear. The 73 kWh car makes 157 kW (213 PS / 210 hp) and 343 Nm, reaches 100 km/h in 8.8 seconds and tops out at 170 km/h, according to Peugeot Germany's technical data. The Long Range version raises output to 170 kW (231 PS / 228 hp) with the same 343 Nm and a 0-100 km/h time of 8.7 seconds, so the bigger battery is about range rather than speed. The Dual Motor AWD adds an 83 kW (113 PS) rear motor with 166 Nm to the 157 kW front motor, for 239 kW (325 PS / 320 hp) system output, 0-100 km/h in 6.0 seconds and a 180 km/h top speed.
Peugeot also publishes a 30-minute continuous power rating of 105 kW for the front-drive cars and 136 kW for the Dual Motor, which gives a better idea of sustained output than the peak figures. The drag coefficient is 0.28 on all three electric versions, per the French price list. Kerb weights start at 2,108 kg for the 73 kWh car and rise to 2,166 kg (Long Range) and 2,191 kg (Dual Motor); the Dual Motor can tow up to 1,350 kg braked.

Charging & Battery
Both batteries run at 400 volts and accept up to 160 kW on a CCS fast charger. Peugeot quotes 20-80% in about 30 minutes for the 73 kWh pack and 27 minutes for the 96.9 kWh pack, and says the Long Range car adds roughly 150 km in 10 minutes. Every E-3008 ordered from October 2025 gets battery pre-conditioning, which warms the pack on the way to a fast charger, either automatically through the navigation's EV routing or by hand. On AC, the standard onboard charger is 11 kW three-phase; Peugeot France quotes 4 h 30 or 6 h 30 for 20-80% on a home wallbox depending on battery size, and Peugeot Germany lists about 5 hours and 6.5 hours.
Official WLTP energy consumption in France is 16.8-17.3 kWh/100 km for the 73 kWh car and 17.1-18.1 kWh/100 km for the Long Range. The battery carries Peugeot's 8-year or 160,000 km warranty. French buyers also get a home wallbox and a public charging pass from Free2move Charge, and the connected services (e-Routes and remote control) are included for 10 years, according to Peugeot France.

Design & Interior
The third-generation 3008 abandoned the old boxy SUV shape for a fastback roofline with a floating rear spoiler, a body-coloured grille and three-claw LED daytime running lights. GT trims add Pixel LED headlights with an extended three-claw signature, and Peugeot Germany lists 19-inch and 20-inch wheel and tyre options for the electric versions. Inside, the cabin is built around the Panoramic i-Cockpit: a small steering wheel with the instruments read over its top, and a floating curved screen that is 21 inches on GT versions. Allure cars in France have two 10-inch screens, while GT versions move to the larger screen, connected 3D navigation and a powered tailgate with hands-free opening.
Germany structures the range slightly differently, with four equipment levels: Style, Allure Plus, GT Plus and GT Exclusive. The 21-inch display, wireless phone charging and heated front seats start at Allure Plus there, and the Long Range and Dual Motor versions are not offered on the base Style trim. Peugeot France offers six body colours on the E-3008: Bleu Obsession, Bleu Ingaro, Noir Perla Nera, Gris Titane, Gris Artense and Blanc Okenite.
Technology & Features
The infotainment runs Peugeot i-Connect Advanced on the larger-screen trims, with connected 3D navigation, over-the-air map updates and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The navigation integrates EV routing, which plans charging stops and triggers the battery pre-conditioning ahead of a fast charge. Peugeot lists a ChatGPT-based voice assistant among its connected services and a vehicle-to-load function that needs an accessory adapter for full use. Ten i-Toggles shortcut keys on the touchscreen can be assigned to the driver's most-used functions.
Safety & ADAS
All E-3008 trims include the Safety Plus pack in France, covering automatic emergency braking with camera and radar, active lane-departure warning and extended traffic-sign recognition. GT Exclusive adds Drive Assist Plus 2.0 semi-autonomous driving, rear traffic detection and VisioPark 360 cameras. Euro NCAP tested the 3008 family in 2025 and awarded four stars, with 80% for adult occupant protection, 85% for children, 79% for vulnerable road users and 62% for safety assist, a result French press called disappointing for the model.

The table shows French list prices (incl. VAT, delivery and registration plates, before any bonus; price list of 12 October 2026) for the lowest-priced trim on offer for each powertrain. The Dual Motor row lists the GT Plus, the cheapest Dual Motor trim in the French list (it is not offered in Allure Plus). Torque is the front-motor figure; the Dual Motor adds 166 Nm at the rear axle. The Dual Motor range is the WLTP combined figure from Peugeot Germany's technical data.
Pricing & Availability
In France, Peugeot's price list applicable on 12 October 2026 (incl. VAT, delivery and registration plates, before any bonus) gives the 73 kWh E-3008 at EUR 45,090 (Allure Plus), EUR 46,990 (GT Plus) and EUR 49,790 (GT Exclusive). The 96.9 kWh Long Range costs EUR 46,990, EUR 51,390 and EUR 54,190 on the same three trims, and the Dual Motor AWD costs EUR 50,890 (GT Plus) and EUR 53,190 (GT Exclusive) and is not offered in Allure Plus. A separate "prime CEE" column in the tariff lists a EUR 3,600 energy-saving premium for the 73 kWh car, which is not subtracted from those list prices. At the ECB rate of 6 October 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1269 USD), the French starting price is roughly $50,800.
Germany's prices (Peugeot Germany price list, as of 21 October 2026) are higher: the 73 kWh car costs EUR 48,090 (Style), EUR 50,090 (Allure Plus), EUR 54,080 (GT Plus) and EUR 57,110 (GT Exclusive). The Long Range starts at EUR 54,190 on Allure Plus and the Dual Motor at EUR 52,590, all including 19% VAT. In Israel the importer, Lubinsky Group, sells the E-3008 only as the GT with the 73 kWh battery, 210 hp and a 499 km WLTP rating at NIS 258,990, according to auto.co.il. That is roughly EUR 75,400 at the ECB rate of 6 October 2026.
How It Compares
The closest sibling is the Opel Grandland Electric AWD, which shares the E-3008 Dual Motor's 239 kW (325 PS / 320 hp) system and a 6.1-second 0-100 km/h time against Peugeot's 6.0 seconds. The Peugeot Dual Motor is quoted at 497 km WLTP on Peugeot Germany's data sheet, close to the Opel's 502 km, but the Long Range front-drive E-3008 is rated far higher than either. The Renault Scenic E-Tech is quoted from EUR 38,750 in France, a price that already includes Renault's EUR 8,240 CEE energy-savings bonus (so it is not like-for-like with the E-3008 list prices), and is rated up to 642 km, though it has less power at 215 hp. The Skoda Enyaq spans a wider price and power band, and its top RS version makes 335 hp but is rated at 513-562 km, and the longest-range Enyaq SUV (the 85) reaches 581 km, both well short of the E-3008 Long Range. Prices compare different trim levels and markets, so check the local configurators.
The E-5008: Seven-Seat Version
The E-5008 is the longer, up-to-seven-seat sibling and uses the same three electric powertrains, the same 160 kW DC charging and the same 27 or 30 minutes for 20-80%. Peugeot Germany's data sheet lists 502 km (210 version), 669 km (Long Range) and 476 km (Dual Motor) of WLTP range, and Peugeot's own press release rounds the Long Range to 668 km. Acceleration is slower than in the E-3008 because of the extra weight: 9.7 seconds for the 210, 9.6 seconds for the Long Range and 6.5 seconds for the Dual Motor. French list prices of 1 September 2026 are EUR 46,690 (210 Allure), EUR 51,290 (Long Range Allure) and EUR 55,390 (Dual Motor GT). In Germany the E-5008 starts at EUR 50,640 (Style), with the Long Range from EUR 56,740 and the Dual Motor from EUR 55,140 on Allure Plus. We did not find an Israeli listing for the E-5008.
- Up to 701 km WLTP from the 96.9 kWh Long Range, for EUR 46,990 in France on the Allure Plus trim
- Three powertrains from 210 to 320 hp, with a 6.0 second 0-100 km/h Dual Motor AWD
- 160 kW DC charging with 20-80% in 27 minutes and pre-conditioning on cars ordered from October 2025
- Euro NCAP gave the 3008 family only four stars, with 62% for safety assist
- Peak DC charging is capped at 160 kW on a 400-volt system
- The Israeli list price of NIS 258,990 is far above the EUR 45,090 French starting price
The E-3008 is a distinctive, well-equipped French fastback SUV that now covers most needs: a 73 kWh car for daily use, a Long Range version rated at 701 km WLTP, and a quick Dual Motor AWD. The Long Range Allure Plus at EUR 46,990 in France is the sweet spot, while Germany and Israel pay noticeably more. Safety-assist scores and a 400-volt charging ceiling are the trade-offs. We recommend the 96.9 kWh Long Range for anyone who covers long distances.
